Gokul Sethuram

Gokul Sethuram, Senior Developer, consistently drives meaningful improvements that strengthen both security and efficiency. His leadership in modernizing critical processes removed manual steps, reduced risk and improved system reliability across teams. Gokul is generous with his knowledge, always taking time to answer questions and explain complex concepts in a clear and approachable way.

Stephen Lever

Stephen “Tray” Lever is a Data Analyst I and one of the most reliable, well-rounded associates on the team. He plays a critical role in supporting departmental processes by monitoring appeal inquiries, ensuring required timelines are met and stepping in after business hours when needed to keep operations running smoothly. Stephen is also responsible for validating and processing key notification letters.

In addition to his core responsibilities, Stephen is highly versatile and supports multiple processes across lines of business. He serves as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and audit requests. His knowledge, dependability, and dedication make him an essential part of the team, and this level of performance has earned him recognition as Associate of the Month.

Ricky Newton, Fraud Analyst

Ricky Newton

Ricky Newton, Fraud Analyst, has earned Associate of the Month designation because of his commitment to exceptional customer service and smooth operations which directly support the team’s success. He is a cornerstone of the Benefit Integrity department and a driving force behind ongoing process improvements. Ricky consistently steps into leadership roles, contributing thoughtful analysis and actively engaging in brainstorming solutions that move the department forward.

He approaches every challenge with positivity and a true team-first mindset, often taking on responsibilities beyond his role to support others.

Lorie Peters

Lorie Peters, Customer Service Advocate, consistently goes above and beyond to support teams across the Medicare contract. She takes pride in ensuring her internal customers have the information they need to complete their work effectively and is always willing to step in to help when challenges arise.

During a critical situation, Lorie took the time to assist the team and ensured an important deadline was met. Her willingness to put the needs of the team first, without hesitation or recognition, speaks volumes about her dedication and character and has earned her the Associate of the Month award.  Lorie’s selflessness and commitment to excellence make her a true asset to the organization.
